Kona Condo Rental - Features and Specs

Minimum Rental: 5 night minimum

Nightly Rate: From $155 + Hawaii state taxes (12.4%).  Extended-stay (3+ weeks) rates available upon request.  Nightly rate is for 4 guests.  Each additional guest there is a $10 per night charge.

Departure Cleaning Fee: $125

Rental Deposit: 50% upon booking; Total fee due 30 days prior to arrival.

Refundable Security Deposit: $500

Cancellation Policy:  If the unit is re-rented for the requested rental period, 100% refund will be provided.  Any rental loss is shared 50/50.  Cancellations within 30 days of rental will result in 100% loss of rent, unless re-rented.
